This was a nice place to live until this summer. The park is not being maintained. The grass is not being mowed. There is trash and bugs everywhere.

The park is going downhill fast! Les is a jerk and doesn't care about the maintaining the park. No clue where all of the lot rent is going, definitely not going into maintaining the park.
